We love where we live, and serving our local community
You won’t find a family more committed to or involved in the Forest Glen area. Knowing and understanding these neighborhoods is a point of passion, but also a professional requirement. We use our knowledge of every nook and cranny of the Northwest side to help our clients realize their real estate goals.
Sauganash
Sauganash is where our family has called home for many years. We love it for the tight-knit community feel, neighborhood traditions (the 4th of July parade is legendary!), and our beautiful urban forest! There is also a deep sense of pride. Residents go the extra mile to keep their yards and parks looking beautiful, and it shows! A few of our favorite parts include:
Transportation: Two great Metra lines, easy access to the Edens and Lake Shore Drive
Schools: The local public and private schools are phenomenal. Kristen attended Queen of All Saints, as do her children, and we are familiar with all the top-rated options in the area.
Favorites: Sauganash Park for tennis, picnics and movies in the park; Valley Line Trail/Sauganash Trail for jogging and biking; Sauganash Grill; Alarmist Brewing; Donna’s Garden Flower Shop; East of Eden

Edgebrook
On the other side of 90/94 is the town of Edgebrook, just a few blocks west of Sauganash. Our favorite part of Edgebrook is its great downtown! A totally walkable area, downtown Edgebrook is anchored by a Metra stop, and includes tons of adorable shops and delicious restaurants.
Transportation: Downtown Metra stop, easy access to the Edens and Lake Shore Drive
Schools: The local public and private schools are great, and we are familiar with all the top-rated options in the area.
Favorites: Bottles and Cans, Nuts ‘n More, Happy Foods (the best selection of meats, cheeses and dips!), City’s Edge, Edgebrook Coffee Shop & Diner, New Book Joy Dance & Music Academy, Billy Caldwell Forest Preserve Golf Course

Wildwood
Wildwood is quite literally a neighborhood built into a forest and it is absolutely a beautiful place to live. There is lots of generational pride in this special area, with generation after generation returning to raise their family. Located just west of Edgebrook, it is an easy drive to head there for dinner or shopping!
Transportation: Edgebrook’s Metra station is closeby, easy access to the Edens and Lake Shore Drive
Schools: The local public and private schools are great, and we are familiar with all the top-rated options in the area.
Favorites: Crosby’s Kitchen, Papa Chris’ Place, North Branch Trail (you can take this all the way to the Chicago Botanic Garden in Glencoe!), Edge of the Wood Theater (an amazing drama program for kids!)
